Introduction and Overview
This Carnival Stored Payment Card Authorization ("Authorization") allows You to store Your credit or debit card credentials and other information ("Your Stored Card") with Carnival Corporation ("Carnival," "we," "us" and "our") for your convenience in making purchases at Carnival and at any of Carnival's subsidiaries and affiliates, including without limitation ShopOcean™ (the "Store") provided by Ocean Medallion Fulfilment Ltd. (collectively, "Affiliates"). "You" and "Your" in this Authorization refer to the individual who is the cardholder or an authorized user of Your Stored Card, and who provided Your Stored Card to Carnival, either by using the card in connection with a purchase at Carnival or an Affiliate including the Store or otherwise provided the card information to Carnival for storing under this Authorization.
By checking the box, You agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Authorization. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to You at the most recent e-mail address You have provided to us in Your profile. Please keep in mind that, by making a purchase of OCEAN® Products or OCEAN® Services (collectively, “Products”), You also agree to the Terms of Sale located at Ocean.com (the “Agreement”).
You authorize Carnival to store Your Stored Card. You represent and warrant to Carnival and Affiliates that You are the cardholder or an authorized user of Your Stored Card. Your Stored Card information is kept confidential and secure in Your OCEAN® profile in accordance with the OCEAN®, BY CARNIVAL CORPORATION Privacy Policy. If You wish to make any changes to Your Stored Card information, please log into Your OCEAN® profile to do so.
We will use Your Stored Card when you make purchases from Carnival or an Affiliate, including of Products at the Store, to pay for your purchases rather than you having to present the physical plastic card. In order to process transactions at an Affiliate, you agree that Carnival may share Your Stored Card with the Affiliate. You also agree that, if Your Stored Card information is collected at an Affiliate in connection with a purchase, the Affiliate may transmit the information to Carnival for storage. The amount of each transaction using Your Stored Card will be the purchase price of the Product, including any associated taxes, shipping charges, duties or other charges. You will be provided with a receipt showing the transaction amount, including the transaction currency, for each transaction using Your Stored Card. We do not impose surcharges on payment card transactions.
All purchases made using Your Stored Card are final and there are no refunds or exchanges. You may cancel your order any time up until it is charged at time of shipment through your account; otherwise, all purchases made using Your Stored Card are final and there are no refunds or exchanges.
We will notify You of any changes to this Authorization by e-mail messages sent to the most recent e-mail address You have provided to us in Your OCEAN® profile. You may cancel this Authorization by deleting all of Your Stored Card information from your OCEAN® profile. This Authorization will remain in effect until cancelled by You or us. Your consent to this Authorization will be retained by Carnival or its designed agent.
By checking the box when storing a card, You authorize Carnival to store Your Stored Card and agree to the terms and conditions of this Authorization.
