Skyrail Rainforest Cableway

Glide over the treetops, through Barron Gorge, past Stoney Creek Falls and the spectacular, 800-foot Barron Falls. Your adventure includes time at two mid-stations where you can step off to explore the rainforest along the paved walkways.

Keep your camera ready for a photo stop at Barron Falls Lookout, which offers spectacular views of Barron Falls cascading over 800 feet through the Kuranda rainforest.

WHAT YOU SEE ALONG THE WAY
Your tour begins as you board your motorcoach at Cairns. You'll cross the Barron River and ascend the lush rainforest slopes of the Kuranda Range while enjoying views of Cairns, the surrounding cane fields and the Coral Sea.

Bring cash or credit cards for additional purchases. Wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing suited to the day's conditions. Bring a hat, adequate sun protection and insect repellent. Sequence of tour stops may vary. Guests with a fear of heights or who suffer from vertigo or claustrophobia should assess their ability to participate. Guests with visual and/or hearing impairments or travelling in a wheelchair must travel with a companion at all times throughout the tour.
