Enjoy a day that offers a little bit of everything that you're looking for while on vacation: exploring ancient history while indulging in modern attractions like swimming and shopping. A ferry will deliver you to a motorcoach for a scenic drive down the Yucatan coast to the ancient ruins of Tulum. An experienced guide will accompany you through the temple walls to El Castillo, The Temple of the Descending God, The Temple of the Water and the Temple of the Frescos. Then, take a ride to the beach for a buffet lunch followed by time to explore or swim in the refreshing Mexican waters. On your way back, you'll stop and shop at a local Mayan cooperative center for handcrafted art, souvenirs, collector's items, clothing and reproductions of ancient Mexican art. With your packages in hand, you'll rejoin your coach and continue on to your ship.
