It's not hard to take it easy in Curacao. Picture-perfect landscapes, azure water that changes hue with every sea breeze, and an Old World UNESCO Site surrounded by pastel-colored colonial architecture are just a few reasons why this laid-back gem is a pleasure to explore. Enjoy it all with this combo tour that begins with a sightseeing tour through Willemstad. Dating back to 1634, the city's historic heart is lined with pretty Dutch buildings that give this Caribbean island an Old World feel. A drive out of the city takes you to the Caves of Hato for a guided walk past the beautiful stalagmites and stalactites. Back in the sunshine, you can kick off your shoes and kick back with free time at the beach. Relax on a chaise lounge, hang at the beach bar or swim in the amazingly blue water before returning to the ship.
Special Notes:
Entrance fee and chair rental included for the beach. The beach is a natural beach and nice for snorkeling but also see & experience an authentic natural secluded beach. The caves do have a number of stairs you have to take to go in, but once you are in, the pathways are very easy to walk through. Tour sequence may vary. The flamingos are part of the wildlife spotting them is not always guaranteed.Details
