WHAT YOU VISIT
George Brown Darwin Botanic Gardens
Established in 1886, and restored by George Brown following its destruction after Cyclone Tracy in 1974, this 103-acre nature preserve is noted for its large collections of north Australian and tropical areas around the world.
Museum & Art Gallery of the Northern Territory
Home to internationally renowned artistic, cultural and scientific collections and research programs. Over one million natural history specimens and over 30,000 items of art are on display, as well as a collection of Aboriginal art and artifacts.
PHOTO OPPORTUNITY
Since its establishment in 1869, East Point has been the site of naval and anti-aircraft guns during World War II, a post war golf course and is currently a recreation reserve boasting boasting 494 acres of green space and recreation spaces.
WHAT YOU SEE ALONG THE WAY
After boarding your air-conditioned coach you'll ride down the esplanade, a lush, shady avenue perched on the cliffs of Darwin Harbor.
