WHAT YOU VISIT
Territory Wildlife Park
Set in 1,000-acres of bush, the park exhibits Australian wildlife in the natural habitats of woodland, wetland and monsoon vine forest. Upon arrival, you can board an open-air shuttle train or choose to walk the trails to visit each attraction. The park boasts a walk-through aquarium where barramundi, whip rays and other fresh water species glide gracefully above and beside you. Come nose-to-nose with a giant freshwater croc, continue on through the coastal mangrove communities and then onto the coral reefs where you'll see an astonishing variety of corals and fish. The Monsoon Forest Walk goes through an area supported by the springs that flow into Berry Creek, which is traditionally significant to the local Aboriginal people.
