This excursion combines two of our most popular tours (100 and 300)! After a scenic motorcoach ride in and around Ketchikan, you'll travel along North Tongass Highway and disembark at Totem Bight State Park for a fascinating look at Native Tlingit and Haida cultures. Follow the path through a forest of mighty hemlocks to an old Indian campsite surrounded by colorful totem poles. Continue walking to a replica of a 19th century Clan House and step inside and learn more about the rich Native Alaskan culture. Enjoy coffee and cookies before shopping at Alaska Totem Trading and rejoining the coach. Then, get a look at Alaskan lumberjacks in jaw-dropping competitions at the Great Alaskan Lumberjack Show. Watch world champion athletes compete in springboard chopping, buck sawing, axe throwing, log rolling and the thrilling 50-foot tree climb, while your colorful host delights the crowd with stories of lumberjack lore.
