Learn how to make Mexican favorites during this enjoyable half-day fiesta. Your culinary adventure begins with a 45-minute drive to the Hotel Loma Real in Tapachula. Along the way, your guide will share his knowledge of Mexico's history, culture and customs. Once you arrive, you'll be greeted with a margarita. After you meet your chef you'll get to work making a complete Mexican meal. First, you'll learn how to prepare guacamole, a cheese quesadilla and then cook up fish with spices and tomato sauce. Once you've completed your meal, you'll sit down and indulge in your delicious dishes while being entertained with the soothing tones of marimba music. At the conclusion of your meal you'll climb back aboard your minibus for the scenic ride back to your ship.
