Skyrail Rainforest Cableway
Voted Australia's Best Major Tourist Attraction, the multi-award winning SkyrailRainforest Cableway is a premier tourist experience. Board a six-passenger gondola and glide over the rainforest canopy, traveling through Barron Gorge, and passing Stoney Creek Falls and the spectacular 800-foot Barron Falls. Stop at two mid-stations to amble along paved walkways.

Kuranda Village
Explore Kuranda Village, a picturesque mountain retreat nestled in the Rainforest. Browse among the shops and markets for exotically handcrafted goods and Aboriginal artefacts.

Kuranda Scenic Railway
Travel along this historic route to Freshwater Station. The Kuranda Scenic Railway was built from 1886 to 1891 to connect Cairns with the North Queensland goldfields. It's a spectacular journey through the Kuranda Mountains, with magnificent views of Australia's World Heritage Rainforest, steep ravines and picturesque waterfalls, crossing 37 bridges and traveling through 15 tunnels making this a thrilling adventure filled with multiple photo opportunities. Please note the train is equipped with bench-style seating and is not air-conditioned.

What you will see along the way:
Your tour begins as you board your motorcoach at Yorkey's Knob, one of the northern beach suburbs of Cairns. You'll cross the Barron River and ascend the rainforest slopes of the Kuranda Range while enjoying views of Cairns, the surrounding cane fields and the Coral Sea.
