Skyrail Rainforest Cableway

Board a six-passenger gondola and glide over the rainforest canopy, traveling through Barron Gorge, and passing Stoney Creek Falls and the spectacular 800-foot Barron Falls. Stop at two mid-stations to amble along paved walkways.
Kuranda Village
Explore Kuranda Village, a picturesque mountain retreat nestled in the Rainforest. Browse among the shops and markets for exotically handcrafted goods and Aboriginal artefacts.
What you will see along the way:
Your tour begins as you board your motorcoach at Yorkey's Knob, one of the northern beach suburbs of Cairns. You'll cross the Barron River and ascend the rainforest slopes of the Kuranda Range while enjoying views of Cairns, the surrounding cane fields and the Coral Sea.
Lunch:
Lunch is on your own in Kuranda in one of the village's many cafes.
